Shipping and Delivery
The easiest way to order from Figgoscope-Curates is to purchase via our website using our secured payment system. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once we have confirmation of payment your product/s will be posted to you.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Figgoscope-Curates will endeavour to ship all in-stock products within three business days of receiving payment. The majority of items are shipped with Australia Post and you can track your orders once they are dispatched.
Unless stated on the product page, general delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days but time can vary depending on your location, with regional areas often taking a bit longer.
If you need something urgently please let us know in the comments box on your order and we will be able to ship your order using express post for an extra fee.
We highly recommend customers provide a business address for shipping.
Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Courier actions which are beyond our control.
Shipping charges will apply to larger or especially fragile items.
Additional freight and/or courier costs will apply to the shipping of larger pieces.
We ship to US and New Zealand.
International orders are shipped with AUS Post with signature on delivery.
Delivery can take up to 15 business days, but may vary depending on location.
All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and any return shipping costs.
Please email us and we will calculate a shipping price for your country if not listed at the check out.
All transactions are processed in AUD. We accept Visa and MasterCard or Stripe Secured Payment. We do not accept personal or corporate cheques, or cash.
MADE TO ORDER
Not all colours and sizes of blankets and throws are available in stock.
When ordering a costume made product please consider that this products are artisanal and produced in a small scale.
Depending on availability from supplier please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery of bespoke items.
We will be able to give an estimation notice once the order is placed.
Please note that we do not accept returns or do refund of products made to order or upon special request to supplier.
DISPATCH STATUS DATE
For orders that are currently out of stock with Figgoscope-Curates but on order from supplier, please regard our estimated dispatch date shown on order status of the item.
You will be able to place your order within the dispatch status date.
Please note these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, they will depend on the supplier reposition and delivery time.
If you wish to send as gift, please let us know and we can gift wrapped and send it directly to the recipient. Figgoscope-Curates will attach a gift card with your personalised message.
CHANGE OF MIND / REFUNDS
We accept returns of new, unopened items within 5 days of you receiving your order. We will issue a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any returns, and we will get back to you with instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and we strongly recommend you to get a tracking number for all returned items as we are not responsible for costumer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that we do not accept returns or do refund of products made to order.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
INTERNATIONAL (US, NZ AND OTHER COUNTRIES)
There will be no refunds or exchanges of products. In the event of a defective product, we will only exchange the goods with the exact product.
DAMAGE AND LOSS IN TRANSIT
We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a damaged item please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
As we use tracked/registered mail it is only in the rarest of circumstances that a parcel goes missing.
If you do receive damaged goods, please keep any related documents and ensure that, on receiving the parcel, you sign for it as a damaged package or similar if possible. We may also request you to email photos of the damage as this will assist us in any insurance claims.
Please do NOT return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order.
You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the courier company.
