PAYSAGE 1 | ART RUG BY FÉRREOL BABIN

During Ferréol Babin residency at Fabrica Design Studio in Milan, the French designer conceived the rug collection Paysage, and then produced by Portuguese artisans. 
In this handmade rugs collection Babin uses plain and bright colours and abstract shapes to refer to existing landscapes.
The rugs were the result of a special commission for the exhibition MEET MY PROJECT at Milan Design Week 2015 and were recently featured at Domus Magazine.

 All rugs are hand-loomed using Portuguese traditional techniques.
