BUREL FACTORY

Burel Factory is a brand based in Lisbon and specialises in Burel - traditional wool coming from the mountainous region of Serra da Estrela in Portugal. The Burel Factory project was born from the revival of the old wool weaving factory in the village of Manteigas. Its goal is to reinvent the values associated with this ancient wool, based on know how which has been refined and passed from generation to generation. The link created between the weavers from the mountains and designers from Lisbon allows Burel Factory to offer quality traditional products with a contemporary accent.
